The SUV launched today in the Capital was received with a huge applaud. BMW X1 will be available to its customers in three variants, Corporate Edition, Highline and Cool Elegance in both diesel and petrol engines. BMW has launched BMW X1 with comparatively lower price tag to capture more market share and to make its position stronger in luxury car market. The powerful SUV from BMW is priced in the range of Rs 22 to 30 lacs. The company unveiled this stylish SUV at Delhi Auto Expo on 23rd December 2010. BMW X1 is launched in 3 major variants that are available with six speed automatic gearbox. The three variants of the car are equipped with a petrol engine and 2 diesel powered engine. The affordable SUV, BMW X1 is launched in India as a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) unit and will be manufactured at the company’s Chennai based manufacturing plant.BMW X1 is available in three exciting variants and is powered by both petrol and diesel engine. The exterior design is influenced from sedan while in terms of storage space it is an SUV. The front style is awesome thanks to its kidney grille chrome with black vertical slats, halogen headlights and round shape front fog lamps.
